What is up with login and password, do I need to sign in?

No.  You can access most of the site without signing in, and without being a NOFA-NH member.  You must be a paid, current member to be able to sign in.   You only need to sign in if you need to add something you have permission to add, or to blog. Also, if you are a paid, current member, current and archived newsletters will be available to you (in the near future).
